General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern all legal and contractual relations between the Seller and the Client arising from the purchase of goods and/or services through the Store. All transactions are subject to the applicable laws of Latvia and the European Union. A purchase agreement is concluded once the Client submits the order and the payment has been successfully confirmed.

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in the Store are in Euros and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Delivery charges are calculated separately and added to the total amount according to the selected delivery method.

Additional Services:

• Express Shipping "I need it fast": Orders placed before 15:00 CET are dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed later are dispatched on the next business day. The service fee is displayed during checkout.
• Shipping Insurance: 5% of the order value. If the shipping provider officially confirms that a parcel has been lost, the Seller will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Payments are processed through secure payment systems operated by the Seller's payment partners. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices and sales conditions without prior notice.

Order Placement

Orders are placed through the Store website. The Client selects the desired goods or services, adds them to the shopping cart, provides the required information, and selects a delivery method. The total payable amount is shown before payment. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate. The order becomes effective once the payment has been successfully confirmed.

Delivery

Deliveries within Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Finland are carried out by Unisend, SmartPosti, Omniva, DPD. Deliveries to other European Union countries are handled by Omniva. Deliveries to Russia are not available.

Fragrance Trial Service ("Trial Service")

The Seller offers a fragrance trial service intended exclusively for the Client's personal sensory evaluation. The original branded bottle and branded cosmetic products are neither sold nor supplied as part of this service. Trial containers may differ in appearance, shape, size, or colour and do not reproduce the official packaging of any brand.

All images and descriptions published on the service page are provided for illustrative purposes only and represent an interpretative presentation of the fragrance created by the authors and/or artificial intelligence. They are intended solely for informational purposes and do not describe an actual commercial product.

The Seller operates as an independent company and does not manufacture, refill, repackage, distribute, or place cosmetic or perfume products on the market, nor perform any activities considered cosmetic product manufacturing or market placement under Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009. The Seller has no affiliation with the brands mentioned. Brand names are used exclusively for identification purposes.

The purchase covers only the Fragrance Trial Service ("Trial"). As part of this service, the Client receives a trial sample intended solely for personal sensory evaluation. The trial sample is not a commercial product, is not a cosmetic product within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, is not placed on the market as a cosmetic product, and has no independent commercial value outside the provided service. No rights, warranties, or claims relating to any brand or branded product are transferred to the Client.

Returns and Order Cancellation

The Client may return eligible goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been used and remain in their original unopened packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the Fragrance Trial Service ("Trial") or to products made according to the Client's individual specifications.

Products supplied in opened or damaged packaging, including testers, remaining fragrance in bottles, gels, shampoos, creams, and similar products, cannot be returned or refunded.

For returns made under the 14-day withdrawal right, the Client is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the delivered goods differ from the order. Refunds are processed within 20 business days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

To request a return, the Client must complete the return form. After the request has been reviewed, the Client will receive further instructions regarding the return procedure. If additional assistance is required, the Client may contact customer support.

Seller's Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for:

– defects resulting from improper use of the goods;

– allergic reactions or other individual health-related responses;

– differences in fragrance characteristics or packaging resulting from manufacturing batches, storage conditions, or individual perception.

Additional Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order if the requested goods become unavailable or in other justified cases at the Seller's discretion. In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is used exclusively for order processing and, where necessary, for cooperation with delivery and payment service providers.
